Bring bottles from LCBO under your host AGCO Special Occasion Permit (~$35, apply 2+ weeks ahead). The bar setup, mixers, glassware, and ice are in the price. Smart Serve bartender service is included on VIP Luxe and available as an add-on on Base and Premium.
Photo moments built into the room
The 777 Lobby gallery wall handles the arrival shot. The Versace wall is the main-floor moment. The 20-foot projection wall plays a walk-in slideshow with the birthday person's name and photos — sent to us two weeks ahead.

What is the capacity for a birthday party?
Lush Event Space is licensed to 50 guests by default and configures up to 70 on request with an open dance-floor layout. Base tier covers up to 30 guests, Premium up to 50, and VIP Luxe up to 50 with 70 available case-by-case.
Can we bring our own alcohol (BYOB)?
Yes. For alcohol service the event host obtains a Special Occasion Permit (SOP) from AGCO Ontario — typically ~$35, apply 2+ weeks ahead at agco.ca. Bottles come from LCBO under your SOP. The bar setup, mixers, ice, glassware, and cleanup are included on every tier; the bartender is included on VIP Luxe and available as an add-on on Base and Premium.
Can we have a DJ or live music?
Yes. The room is DJ-ready out of the box — bring your DJ, your laptop, or your live act and our operator handles the patch. The 20-foot projection wall syncs to the music via Resolume for a programmed dance-floor moment.
How much does it cost to book a birthday party?
Base starts at $1,500 CAD for 4 hours and up to 30 guests. Premium starts at $2,500 for 6 hours and up to 50 guests. VIP Luxe starts at $5,000 all-inclusive. A $1,000 deposit at booking locks the date.
Can minors attend birthday parties serving alcohol?
Minors can attend events that serve alcohol when an adult host holds the AGCO Special Occasion Permit (SOP) and supervises. We've hosted Sweet 16s and 18ths under this model. Many under-19 events run entirely dry — no permit needed, the room photographs the same either way.
