Can we livestream the keynote?
Multi-cam livestream production is available as a turnkey add-on through The Lush Stage program. We operate the cameras, the switcher, the AV, and the projection wall. You bring the keynote deck and your guests; we deliver the live broadcast plus the recording.
What is the audience capacity for a livestreamed keynote?
The Lush Stage configures for up to 40 seated audience or 80 standing for a keynote-format livestream. Multi-cam coverage scales with audience size. A larger audience reduces the room sightline budget but the broadcast feed is unaffected — your stream looks the same at 20 or at 80.
Is there a sound system / AV included?
The PA is concert-grade tops over concert-grade subs. Three Sennheiser G4 wireless handhelds and two lavalier / headset mics are included. The room runs through a Chamsys MagicQ Q10 lighting console with a dedicated operator on the night.
Do you have a projector / projection wall?
A 20-foot Resolume projection wall anchors the dance floor. We pre-load slideshows, tribute reels, walk-in animations, branded loops, and live visuals. Send us your assets two weeks before and we program the full sequence.
