The bar is in the building
A stocked, staffed bar in the room — no tab-splitting across a public bar, no waiting three deep. For alcohol service the host holds an AGCO Special Occasion Permit (about $35, two weeks lead) and supplies the bottles; we run service end to end.
Put the year on the wall
The 20-foot projection wall runs your team reel, the year-in-review deck, the awards slides, or a photo loop of the people in the room. Send the assets two weeks out and we program the sequence so it fires on cue.

Room, AV, lighting, bar setup, and an operator on the night are all in the tier price — no production rental house, no separate AV invoice. Base $1,500, Premium $2,500, VIP Luxe $5,000, billed in CAD against a PO or corporate card.

Staff socials, team appreciation nights, holiday parties, end-of-quarter celebrations, summer socials, and post-offsite receptions. The room is bought out privately for your team — no public traffic, no shared bar, no other party in the building during your block.
How are staff socials billed?
We invoice in CAD against a corporate PO or credit card with HST itemized. Pricing is published — Base $1,500, Premium $2,500, VIP Luxe $5,000 — so the line items clear a finance approval cycle without back-and-forth. A $1,000 deposit locks the date.
How many people fit?
Lush Event Space holds up to 50 guests standing or 40 seated. Base tier covers up to 30 guests; Premium and VIP Luxe cover up to 50.
Can we serve alcohol at a company party?
Yes. For alcohol service the event host obtains a Special Occasion Permit (SOP) from AGCO Ontario — typically ~$35, apply 2+ weeks ahead at agco.ca. Bottles come from LCBO under your SOP. The bar setup, mixers, ice, glassware, and cleanup are included on every tier; the bartender is included on VIP Luxe and available as an add-on on Base and Premium.
Can we bring in our own caterer?
Yes. Bring your own caterer or use our short list of trusted Toronto caterers. There is no kitchen on-site, so caterers operate as drop-off / staffed-buffet style. We can recommend grazing-table services on request.
