Every answer most clients need before booking.
30questions across eight categories. If yours isn't here, send a message at the bottom of the page or book a 15-min tour and ask in person.
How to book.
The fastest path is a 15-minute tour — in person or by video — where we walk the room, demo the AV, and hold your date on the spot. Book the tour from any page on the site, or send a message via /contact and we'll reply by email same-day.
A $1,000 CAD deposit secures the date for Premium and VIP Luxe; a $500 deposit secures Base. Balance is due 14 days before the event. VIP Luxe runs a 40% deposit at booking. Full terms are published in your booking confirmation.
Soft holds are available for 48 hours after a tour. After 48 hours the date opens back up. The only way to lock the date past that window is the deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable inside 14 days of the event. Outside that window we offer a date-change credit valid for 12 months. Full policy is published at /refund-policy.
What it costs.
Base starts at $1,500 CAD for 4 hours and up to 30 guests. Premium starts at $2,500 for 6 hours and up to 50 guests. VIP Luxe starts at $5,000 all-inclusive — bartender, concierge, security, valet on request. A $1,000 deposit at booking locks the date.
No. Pricing is published in full on /packages. The only optional adds are bartender service, photography, videography, extended hours, and the 70-cap configuration. There's no service charge, no door fee, no per-head minimum.
Yes. VIP Luxe is the all-inclusive tier from $5,000: room, full AV, bartender, concierge, valet on request, licensed security, enhanced lighting design, and a private-access guarantee from door to dance floor.
Both. Credit card runs through Stripe Checkout with HST itemized. E-transfer accepted with deposit-then-balance terms. Corporate POs welcomed — invoices issued in CAD with HST.
How many guests fit.
Up to 30 on Base, up to 50 on Premium, up to 50 on VIP Luxe with 70 available case-by-case in an open dance-floor configuration. The room is licensed to 50 by default and configures to 70 on request.
30 standing on Base, 50 standing on Premium, 70 standing on VIP Luxe on request. Standing reception uses the room's full square footage — no banquet rounds eating the floor.
70 is the cap. The room is a private buyout — past 70 the dance floor, bar service, and bathroom flow stop reading as a premium night. We'll be straight with you on the call if your headcount is over.
What's in the room.
Yes. The PA is concert-grade tops over concert-grade subs. Three Sennheiser G4 wireless handhelds and two lavalier / headset mics come standard. The lighting runs through a Chamsys MagicQ Q10 console with a dedicated operator on the night.
Yes. A 20-foot Resolume projection wall anchors the dance floor. We pre-load slideshows, tribute reels, walk-in animations, branded loops, and live visuals. Send your assets two weeks before and we program the full sequence.
Programmable LED ceiling lights, mini moving programmable headlights, accent washes. The full rig runs through a Chamsys MagicQ Q10 console — preset to your night and run live by our operator.
Yes. The room is DJ-ready out of the box — bring your DJ, your laptop, or your live act and our operator handles the patch. The 20-foot projection wall syncs to the music via Resolume for a programmed dance-floor moment.
Yes. Multi-cam livestream production is available as a turnkey add-on through The Lush Stage program at /the-stage. We operate the cameras, the switcher, the AV, and the projection wall. You bring the talk; we deliver the live broadcast plus the recording.
Food and drinks.
Yes. For alcohol service the event host obtains an AGCO Special Occasion Permit (SOP) — typically ~$35, apply 2+ weeks ahead at agco.ca/special-occasion-permits. Bottles come from LCBO under your SOP. The bar setup, mixers, ice, glassware, and cleanup are included on every tier — we supply the bar, you supply the bottles.
A bartender is included on VIP Luxe and available as an add-on on Base and Premium. The bar setup itself (mirror-finish bar, glassware, ice service) is included on every tier.
Yes. Bring your own caterer or use our short list of trusted Toronto caterers. There's no kitchen on-site, so caterers operate as drop-off / staffed-buffet style. We can recommend grazing-table services on request.
Yes. Many baby showers, milestone birthdays, and corporate dinners run entirely dry. The room photographs the same either way. Mocktail bars are a popular add — bartender service prepares the same menu without alcohol.
Permits, LCBO, and bar service.
Yes — a 1-day Special Occasion Permit (SOP) from AGCO Ontario. It's typically ~$35 and takes about 2 weeks to process. Apply at agco.ca/special-occasion-permits. We can't pour drinks without it.
LCBO. With your SOP in hand, LCBO will sell to you for the event. Bring receipts and the SOP — both required by our bartender at the start of your event.
No. We don't hold a permanent liquor sales license, so all alcohol must be purchased by the SOP holder (you) and brought to the venue. We provide bartending service, mixers, glassware, setup, and cleanup — everything except the bottles.
Where to find us.
675 Garyray Drive, North York, Ontario — in the M3N postal area of Toronto, five minutes from Highway 400 and ten from the Allen Road. Free parking is directly outside. Roughly 25 minutes from downtown Toronto without traffic.
Yes. Free street and lot parking sit directly outside the venue at 675 Garyray Drive in North York. The space is five minutes from Highway 400 and ten minutes from the Allen Road, so guest pickup and drop-off run smoothly.
The event floor and 777 Lobby are on one level with ground-floor entry from the street. Reach out on any specific accessibility question before you book and we'll walk you through the details.
Setup and the night.
Base runs a 4-hour block. Premium and VIP Luxe run 6-hour blocks. Extended-hours add-ons are priced per additional hour. Setup time is included before your block starts; teardown happens after the block closes.
Vendors and decorators load in one hour before your block starts at no extra cost. Earlier load-in is available as an add-on. Our operator meets you at door-open to walk through cues, AV, and the night's flow.
Yes. Black velvet couches with gold detailing, gold-detailed bar seating, and modular staging are all included. The dance floor is open and unobstructed. Linens for catered seating are not included — your caterer handles those.
Minors can attend events that serve alcohol when an adult host holds the AGCO Special Occasion Permit (SOP) and supervises. We've hosted Sweet 16s and 18ths under this model. Many under-19 events run entirely dry — no permit needed, the room photographs the same either way.
