How much does it cost to rent Lush Event Space?
Base starts at $1,500 CAD for 4 hours and up to 30 guests. Premium starts at $2,500 for 6 hours and up to 50 guests. VIP Luxe starts at $5,000 all-inclusive. A $1,000 deposit at booking locks the date.
What's included in the rental fee?
Every tier includes a private buyout of the room, the full AV (concert-grade sound system, programmable LED ceiling, moving heads, 20-foot Resolume projection wall), wireless microphones, modular staging, the bar setup, and a dedicated operator + event staff for the night.
What's the deposit and payment schedule?
A $1,000 CAD deposit secures the date. The balance is due 14 days before the event for Base and Premium, or per the schedule on VIP Luxe. Full payment terms are published in the booking confirmation.
What is your cancellation / refund policy?
Deposits are non-refundable inside 14 days of the event. Outside that window we offer a date-change credit valid for 12 months. Full policy is published at /refund-policy and in your booking confirmation.
Do you offer all-inclusive packages?
Yes. VIP Luxe is the all-inclusive tier from $5,000: room, full AV, bartender, concierge, valet on request, licensed security, enhanced lighting design, and a private-access guarantee from door to dance floor.
Are there any hidden fees?
Pricing is published on /packages — Base from $1,500, Premium from $2,500, VIP Luxe from $5,000. The only optional adds are bartender service, photography, videography, extended hours, and the 70-cap configuration. No service charge, no door fee.
