Why Lush Event Space

Built for photo & video bookings in North York Toronto.

Two rooms, two different shoots

The 777 Lobby is tight, styled, and portrait-ready — the gallery wall of icons behind your subject. The main floor is the wide one: projection wall, velvet seating, programmable lighting, and space for a crew of up to 10 to work without stacking on each other.

The lighting rig is already hung

Programmable LED ceiling, moving heads, and a 20-foot Resolume projection wall you can drive as a backdrop. You are not trucking in a lighting package to shoot in a bare white box — the room is already lit and already has a look.

Crew optional, gear included

Shoot it yourself and the room rate is all you pay. Book our photographer or videographer at $150/hr and the bodies, glass, and lighting come with them — there is no separate gear rental line on the invoice.

Weekday hours, hourly rate

Shoots book into the weekday window while events hold the weekends. One hour minimum, hourly after that. Free parking directly outside for load-in, five minutes from Highway 400.

Common questions

What hosts ask first.

Which room should we shoot in?

Two rooms shoot. The 777 Lobby is the gallery-wall entrance — portraits, fashion, single-subject content, from $50/hr. The main event floor holds a crew of up to 10 with the projection wall, velvet seating, and full lighting rig, at $149/hr.

Can we bring our own photographer or crew?

An in-house photographer or videographer is available at $150/hr. Camera bodies, glass, and lighting are included when you book one of ours — you do not rent gear separately. Bring your own crew instead and the room rate is all you pay.

What do we get back after the shoot?

When you book our photographer, the edited gallery is delivered inside 10 days. When you book our videographer, the cut is delivered the week after the shoot. Anything beyond that deliverable is quoted as a separate line before the shoot, never after.

Are weekdays available?

Weekdays are the open window. Events book weekend-heavy, so Monday to Thursday daytime is where meeting, workshop, and shoot bookings land — usually with more date choice and easier hold-to-confirm turnaround than a Saturday night.

Is parking available and is it free?

Yes. Free street and lot parking sit directly outside the venue at 675 Garyray Drive in North York. The space is five minutes from Highway 400 and ten minutes from the Allen Road, so guest pickup and drop-off run smoothly.
